Octane to host HMO and permitted development webinar

The HMO & Permitted Development Masterclass is set to take place on 29th October and will be free and open to all brokers, intermediaries and investors.

The speakers will cover the technical aspects of the HMO and permitted development rules, the common pitfalls to avoid, creative deal structuring – sourcing, structuring and delivering projects and the intricacies of valuing HMO and permitted development projects.
